Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by Jardine Motors Group by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
- The role exists to maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
- You will operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets
- Additionally you will keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities
- Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems
- Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences
Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable
• Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts
• Have good attention to detail
• Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
• Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
• Excellent communicators, organised and have great inter-personal skills
