About the role:

• Provide Technical Support and guidance to Technicians
• Support & develop workshop process in line with Porsche Service Process
• Maintain a high level of standards through out the workshop environment.
• Provide control of workshop repair quality
• Drive workshop Productivity by coaching and developing the current team, ensuring they are all updates with new Porsche Systems.
