What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in fleet sales, or business-to-business sales, ideally within main car dealerships.
- Strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering strong, above-budget financial performance.
- Experience in team leadership roles, and a clear commitment to staff training and development.
- Oversee the corporate sales function, ensuring the department provides an exceptional level of customer service to existing customers, and maximising opportunities with these existing accounts.
- Plan and manage a programme of sales activities to meet set business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, as required by the management team, and assisting in the creation of financial plans and budgets for the corporate department.
- Managing the development of sales to new corporate customers through planned prospecting and marketing programmes.
- Maintaining the corporate department customer record system, facilitating efficient prospecting and follow-up processes.
- Ensuring the corporate department complies with company and manufacturer policies, standards and procedures.
- Providing ongoing training and coaching to members of the corporate sales team, ensuring high performance, and creating an ethos of continuous improvement.
