As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a range of used vehicles across different manufacturers. From understanding customer requirements to exceeding their expectations, your expertise and enthusiasm will ensure they receive a truly exceptional experience.
If you have at least 2 years of automotive sales experience, are performance focused, and have a passion for providing great customer experiences, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
- Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, creating a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
- A true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all opportunities are maximised
- Delivering not just a car but additional products and packages that reflect your customer’s wants and needs.
Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone Associate? We’re looking for someone who is:
- A seasoned Sales Executive, with a minimum of 2 years automotive experience
- A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference that each person makes
- Committed to doing the right thing, and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to be able to work in a regulated environment
- Has a passion for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
- Be driven to exceed expectations and consistently achieve fantastic results
- Confident and experienced with computer systems, and hold a full UK driving licence
