Title:  Sales Executive - HLS

Overview of role

We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to further enhance our team at Stratstone Lotus Berkshire. As the Lotus brand continues to grow with introduction of Electre and Emeya, Lotus Berkshire continues to grow after a very successful year. We are looking to enhance our sales team and seek an experienced sales professional who is performance focused, thrives in a team environment and can demonstrate delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for sales of both new and used Lotus whilst introducing customers to an innovative, premium brand with an exciting model line up and over 7 decades of heritage.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

What you’ll bring to the role

· Automotive sales experience - we are looking for a high performing individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive sales and should be able to demonstrate previous success.

· Drive and focus to achieve individual and team sales performance targets across new and used cars. Brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude and thrives working in a dynamic and enthusiastic team environment.

· Strong organisation skills and takes ownership of inbound and outbound customer contacts, enquiry management and administrative requirements.

· Excellent communication skills, confidence in delivering a clearly defined sales journey and being adaptable.

· Passion for providing a high level of service and great customer experiences. Desire to create meaningful relationships with your customers with excellent attention to detail, rapport building and listening skills.

· Ownership of sales performance. Ability to think outside the box with tenacity to find solutions and continuously improve.
