Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

 

  • To boost customer retention through identifying finance renewal opportunities across the dealership’s established customer base.
  • To make contact proactively with customers, and schedule appointments with them to discuss their vehicle requirements.
  • To develop an in-depth understanding of F&I products, and ensure effective communication of this information to customers.
  • To maintain accurate data in all systems.

 

Experience required:

 

  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
  • Sound financial and commercial understanding and awareness.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven environment.
