We're recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our brilliant HR Shared Services Team. You'll have exceptional attention to detail, be able to work to deadlines and work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

 

Main Duties:

  • Check all payroll processes completed by the payroll and benefits administrators.
  • Check all Employees meet National Living Wage requirements. 
  • Carry out Post Pay Run and Pre Bacs checking to meet Audit Requirements. 
  • Respond to General Managers (GM) queries on Post Pay Run and Pre Bacs-GM Checking Report.
  • Assist with Reconciling Numbers, Bacs Payments, Pension Payments, upload to L&G portal monthly Pension Deductions.
  • Assist Assistant Payroll Manager with any additional tasks as and when required. 

 

Experience and qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of payroll processes and terminology is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and be a team player
  • Able to work to deadlines
