Overview of role
Electronic Vehicle Health Checks have quickly become one of the most important and interesting parts of the Service experience for our customers. Our customers' time is extremely valuable, and we aim to offer the best and most in-depth advice in the shortest time possible. As an EVHC Speciliast, you will be integral in getting our customers back on the road as quickly as possible, while working with the wider Aftersales team to ensure an expectional experience all-round.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- To ensure the service customers receive prompt and timely communication updates with regards to EVHC reports on their vehicle.
- To ensure that EVHC reports are correctly priced using the applicable labour rate and parts discount matrix where applicable.
- To ensure that a planned and effective outbound call takes place in order to provide the very best advice on the work required on their vehicle and secure the customers authority for the work to be carried out.
- To submit work authority requests via the Epyx 1 link system for fleet operated vehicles.
- To ensure that additional labour lines are loaded onto the job for any additional sold work
- To review any mechanical repairs through both the factory goodwill system and the Audi UK special goodwill programme and then consult with the Service Manager.
- To liaise with the Workshop Supervisor regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required.
- To maintain close liaison with customers to ensure maximum customer retention.
- To carry out any other duties that may be required.
Experience required
• Previous experience of working within the automotive industry would be advantageous
• Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts
• Have previous experience within a sales environment
• Have high levels of attention to detail
• Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures
